Mother daughter duo in Lehi find success in hot cocoa bomb craze

LEHI, Utah — On her stool, seven-year-old Kessley Snyder helps her mom Jantzen in the kitchen. The two of them are making hot cocoa bombs; dozens of them.

It started as a mother, daughter night where the duo tries to do something fun together, which usually involves baking.

“We found these online and made them and just loved it and decided to keep making them,” she said.

Hot cocoa bombs are chocolate shells filled with hot chocolate mix and marshmallows that melt when hot milk is poured over them.
